Jessica Vaughn may be a woman of many names, but her prolific songwriting has remained constant and steadfast. Lyrically and vocally, her style is rare, brooding, and ambitiously honest. You might have first heard her songs back in 2008 when she performed under her pseudonym, Charlotte Sometimes, and her debut album was released on Geffen Records. Charlotte Sometimes was a VH1 "You Oughta Know" artist, one of "100 Bands You Need to Know" via the Alternative Press, and storied contestant on NBC’s hit TV show, The Voice. You can now find Jessie performing under other aliases, such as: the whiskey drinking, dark-pop-music making singer-songstress brand LACES, the high energy EDM group BRZY, and the folky guitar strumming troubadour Jessica Vaughn. Vaughn's various musical stylings have been featured by numerous industry entities including Armada Records, Hollywood Records, MTV, The CW, FUSE, HASBRO, ABC, NBC, Rolling Stone, Billboard, Marie Claire, and Elle Magazine.
L'FREAQ (a.k.a. Lea Cappelli) is a Brooklyn and LA-based music artist. Some highlights of her career include performing privately for Muhammad Ali, sharing the stage with Jakob Dylan, and performing with Grammy-winning artist, India.Arie. Her cover of Peggy Lee's "Angels On Your Pillow" was used in the original television promos for NBC’s show, The Voice. L'FREAQ is planning on releasing her new EP "Weird Awakenings" in October. She plays New York and LA-based venues regularly and you can keep updated at her socials, @lfreaq.
Miranda earned her degree at Berklee College of Music in 2016. In late 2016, she was discovered and selected to the exclusive Neverland Songwriting Retreat in Costa Rica, which heralded her arrival as a songwriter. After that, she went back and forth from New York to Los Angeles to write with established songwriters and producers, including Autumn Rowe (Fifth Harmony, Cher Lloyd), Sheppard Solomon (Enrique Iglesias, Britney Spears), Zac Poor (Tori Kelly, MNEK), David Brook (Eminem, Charlie Puth), The Fliptones (Jason Derulo, Flo Rida), and others. Last year, Miranda Glory released her debut singles “Blue Eyes feat. Matty Owens” & “Take” on iconic NYC-based label Tommy Boy Entertainment. Miranda then signed a deal with Selected/Sony Music worldwide for her single “Instant Gratification” which released on December 15th, while simultaneously featuring on RYNX’s single “Want You” which has amassed over 10 million streams across platforms. Meanwhile, Miranda continues to write and record songs and has secured features on various major artist projects including Tujamo & R3HAB, and will have her next single releasing April 27th on KnightVision/Warner Music, and is in the studio working on her EP set for release this Summer.
Life is exhilarating and heartbreaking and ridiculous. Might as well make the most of it as you burn it all down. Oh, and definitely love yourself. These are themes in Flavia’s lyrics. There is a tangible strength in her music, an unapologetic curiosity about life, love and sexuality. Layered over fluid and powerful beats that make you dance hips first. Eyes closed, middle finger up, smile on your face. An electronic singer-songwriter, and producer who’s lived in Ireland, Italy, and just about every corner of the US before landing in LA. Her live show is a sonic and visual experience with colorful light and projection displays. This year she performed at SXSW in Austin, various festivals on the West coast and released her debut single Hateful.
