The Herbert Bail Orchestra

The Herbert Bail Orchestra's 2013 debut LP The Future’s In The Past was an eclectic introduction to Anthony Frattolillo and co.'s sound that earned praise from LA Weekly, Nowness, The Huffington Post and many more. The new record produced by Seth Olansky (Best Coast) and Chris Rondinella (Levon Helm, Shelby Lynne, Sara Watkins) confounds any expectations of anyone who might try to classify the group based on their earlier gypsy-folk sound. The recently released History’s Made at Night broadens the collective's sonic palette, and has been featured at Under the Radar, PopMatters, Culture Collide, Glide Magazine & more, with LA Record saying Herbert Bail “Puts a Springteen-style ethic into an indie Americana sound.” Under the Radar calling it, "Heartland indie-folk… more than meets the ear" and PopMatters writing, "Without losing an ounce of their trademark expressiveness, the Herbert Bail Orchestra delivers a delicate piece of Americana to tug at the heartstrings.”

Stevie Weinstein-Foner is a musician, artist, and mystic. His first album, "Let It Be Told", is full of rock n roll mantras, and chugs along like an old psychedelic hippie van with the windows down and the radio blasting. While adding his guitar playing and voice to the Herbert Bail Orchestra and touring with Jolie Holland, Stevie has also been working on a new record, due out in 2019. "We have a sneaky feeling that young SWF might just end up a rock star. The charismatic song man makes the kind of warm, mellow, scruffy rock & roll that you can't help but fall for on first listen." - Time Out New York

Sophia Knapp

Sophia Knapp’s spellbindingly dreamy songs, worn smooth by the tides of love, loss, and magic, hang in your mind like stars in the desert sky. Her angelic voice ‘like a sunbeam, full of light’ (AllMusic), evokes the warmth and intensity of Stevie Nicks, the seduction of Olivia Newton John, and the languor of Mazzy Star. Her musical roots lie in classic rock from the west coast, country western, folk, and shoegaze/dream pop, but her new sound is of our time: raw, emotive, and mystical AF. Sophia's debut album Into The Waves was released on Drag City Records in 2012, and she's currently wrapping the next one with her LA-based band. She has toured and shared the stage with some of her favorite living artists: Dungen, Au Revoir Simone, Bill Callahan, Destroyer, Jim Jarmusch, Juana Molina, and Marissa Nadler. Sophia is also a master Tarot reader.
